What are Natural Joint Supplements?

Other Tips for Healthy Joints

Apart from taking joint supplements, there are other things you can do to ensure healthy and strong joints:

NUTRITION – make sure you are eating a healthy diet with sufficient protein (from lean meats), essential fatty acids (from oily fish, vegetable oils, nuts and grains), vitamins and minerals (from fruit, vegetables, whole grains and nuts).
